Google Patents Controller For Their Upcoming Gaming Console

In June of last year, Google announced that they are working on developing a gaming console, called Yeti. In February, Google held an event at the Game Developers Conference, which increased rumors that Google is building its own gaming console.

According to Hypebeast, a published patent has just been discovered, which features a game console controller for the potential Yeti. Similar to the Xbox One or PS4 controllers, the design sees a familiar D-Pad and Dual-Analog stick configuration, as well as a microphone and numerous buttons and triggers.

Looks like it’s really happening.

Apex Legends Details Its Season One

Apex Legends has revealed details of its upcoming Season One and accompanying Battle Pass. Season One, titled Wild Frontier, features new legends, new items and and special events.

Buying the battle pass will mean that you can gain a reward for every level you achieve during Wild Frontier. These rewards include everything from weapon skins and banner frames to XP boosts. Overall, Season One boasts more than 100 rewards.

The Battle Pass can be purchased for 950 Apex Coins, and a Battle Pass Bundle — which unlocks 25 Battle Pass levels and their rewards — is available for 2800 Apex Coins.

Remote Play for Sony devices has been released as early as October 2014, but finally, the wait is over for iOS users. The latest update on the PS4 has brought what many fans have been asking for over the years: Remote Play has just arrived on the Apple App Store.

Today onwards, the console will sync with iOS devices, giving both iPhone and iPad users the ability to play PS4 games via the Remote Play app.

The setup process is simple: download the app and pair the respective Apple device with the PS4. The Remote Play app is out now on the App Store, and can be downloaded for free.
